In 2022, Russia exported agricultural products to 160 countries

In 2022, the leaders included regions with EXPORT earnings of more than $600 million: Rostov Region, Moscow, Krasnodar Territory (the top three remained unchanged from 2021), Primorsky Territory, Kaliningrad Region, Moscow Region, Belgorod Region, Kamchatka Territory, Murmansk Region , Saratov Region, St. Petersburg, Sakhalin Region, Lipetsk Region, Volgograd Region, Novosibirsk Region and Stavropol Territory.

According to the results of 2022, the largest share in the value of exports was traditionally occupied by grain - 32.3%. This is followed by oil and fat products (21.9%) and other agricultural products (14.6%), fish and seafood (14.2%), food and processing industry products (12.7%). Compared to 2021, export revenue grew the most in the oil and fat industry (+24.7% yoy), supplies of other agricultural products (+23.4%) and grain industry (+17.6%). 

According to the review, the overall average annual growth rate of exports of agricultural products in the period from 2018 to 2022 amounted to about 13%: the highest rate was demonstrated by oil and fat products (+30%), the MEAT and dairy industry was in second place (+29%), and there was also a noticeable increase showed other agricultural products (+22%). Among products, supplies of linseed oil increased the most, from $0.4 million in 2018 to $10 million in 2022. Lamb is next - $1.3 million and $4.3 million, milled products - $238 million and $566.5 million, sunflower - $62.3 million and $128.8 million, and rye - $21.1 million and $37.1 million .
