In 2021, GAP Resource bought five enterprises in the Saratov region

Since the beginning of the year, the Resurs group of agricultural enterprises has acquired several large assets in the Saratov region.

In March, Resurs closed a deal with Beluga Group, a large alcohol producer and distributor, to acquire the Mikhailovskaya poultry farm (TM Mikhailovskaya Kurochka), located in the village of Tatishchevo, 40 kilometers from Saratov. Details will be published in the consolidated holdings report in mid-2021.

The application for the acquisition of 96.27% of Mikhailovskaya Poultry Farm JSC was received by the Federal Antimonopoly Service in early February from Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm JSC (Tambov Region), a company that is part of the Resource GAP. Then, in February, she became the owner of several enterprises in the Saratov region at once. 

In particular, on February 10, meat processing plants of the Integra company passed into the ownership of the Tokarevskaya poultry farm. Literally on the same day, she was registered as the new owner of the Bazarnokarabulak Dairy Plant, previously owned by entrepreneur Vladimir Rybalov.

Now the meat processing plants " Rodina " in the village of Awakening, Engels district of the Saratov region (TM "Dym dymych", "Rossiyanka", "Honest recipe") and " Agrotek " in the village of Generalskoye of the same district (TM "General's sausages") are included in the structure of GAP " Resource". 

In addition, on February 17, Viktor Nauruzov's holding bought Tekhnologii Vkusa LLC, a medical company in the recent past, which in January changed its line of business to the production of sausages and canned food. 

The assets of GAP Resource are located in the Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories, the Moscow Region, the Tambov and Orenburg Regions and Rostov-on-Don. The head office is opened in Moscow. According to Forbes, the holding's revenue in 2020 amounted to 61.2 billion rubles.

Resurs is best known as the leader in the poultry market, supplying the domestic market with food products from broiler meat (TM Blagoyar, Our Bird) and a major exporter of products under the URUSSA brand. 

The Nauruzova Holding unites 43 broiler growing sites and 36 breeding farms. Its land fund exceeds 320 thousand hectares. Another line of business is the production of vegetable oil at five oil extraction plants. So far, Resource has not been engaged in the manufacture of sausages.

Market experts believe that the purchase of meat processing plants is a tactic for creating a vertically integrated production of meat products from their own raw materials.
