The Ural Interregional Office of Rosselkhoznadzor has declared 17 declarations of conformity for products of animal origin invalid

The Ural Interregional Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR, during the collection and analysis of data entered into the information systems of the FGIS "Mercury", the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity, established the fact that livestock products from Sverdlovsk producers are in circulation that do not meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.
Authorized persons of enterprises from Yekaterinburg, Irbitsky and Talitsky districts of Sverdlovsk region made a number of errors when filling out and registering declarations for "Semi-finished products from broiler MEAT, chilled and frozen", "Fat-free cottage cheese. Cottage cheese with a fat content of 5.0%. Cottage cheese with a fat content of 9.0%" and "Products from pork lard, chilled and frozen".
The violations are related to the indication of false information about the applicant and the manufacturer of the products (the date of registration of the legal entity does not coincide with the date of assignment of the OGRN, the address does not correspond to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities). In addition, there is no information about the conditions and terms of storage of products, the date of manufacture of selected samples (tests) of products that have undergone research (tests), and there is no statement of the safety of the products when used in accordance with their intended purpose and the adoption by the applicant of measures to ensure compliance of the products with the requirements of technical regulations. As a result of the errors made, it is impossible to establish the quality and safety of products of animal origin controlled by Rosselkhoznadzor.
In such cases, in accordance with the requirements of subparagraphs "b", "g" of paragraph 24 of the RF Government Resolution of June 19, 2021 No. 936 "On the procedure for registering, suspending, renewing and terminating declarations of conformity, recognizing them as invalid and the procedure for suspending, renewing and terminating certificates of conformity, recognizing them as invalid", Rosselkhoznadzor makes a decision to recognize declarations of conformity as invalid.
On March 28 and 29, the Ural Interregional Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor issued warnings to three enterprises about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. Declarations of conformity for the products were declared invalid.
The administration made the corresponding changes to the website of the Federal Accreditation Service.
Enterprises have been informed of the decisions taken.
