
The launch of a modern pig-breeding complex of the Ural MEAT company of the Tavros group in the village of Tavrichanka, Alsheevsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Employees of the enterprise have already accepted the first batch of animals - 2,500 animals. By the end of this year, it is planned to increase the livestock to 16,380, and in 2022 to 60,000. The amount of investment in this project amounted to 1.6 billion rubles.
The new pig farm employs 97 people. The average salary of employees is 40,000 rubles In the future, the complex will become an integral part of the livestock cluster. The next site of the Ural Meat Company in the Belebeevsky district will be put into operation by the end of August.
Subsequently, a large-scale project of the Tavros group of companies will combine feedlots and a modern meat processing plant, which is planned to be launched in 2022.
DIRECTOR General of Bashkir Meat Company LLC Rinat Zainullin said that the pig farm in the village of Tavrichanka is equipped with modern equipment for feeding animals and creating a microclimate in buildings from world leaders in mechanical engineering. A multi-stage biosafety scheme has been developed: disinfectant barriers and separate keeping of animals. Comfortable conditions for work and rest of the staff have been created. The production uses technologies for intensive livestock keeping with the division of production processes into cycles of reproduction, rearing, fattening and maintenance of replacement pigs to replace the main broodstock.
