The manager of the Tomsky agricultural holding is challenging transactions for the sale of shares in the “marble farm”

We are talking about challenging three agreements for the sale and purchase of a share in the authorized capital of Berezovskaya Farm LLC, concluded between the Argoholding and Elena Anichkina in 2018, between Ms. Anichkina and Vladimir Thiessen in 2019, and between Mr. Thiessen and Vitaly Akulintsev. The latter has owned 51% of Berezovskaya Farm since June 2021; the agricultural holding owns 49% (until 2018 - 100%). The COURT hearing will take place at the end of November.

The livestock breeding complex for MEAT production - “marble farm”, built by Berezovskaya Farm LLC, was opened in the Tomsk region in 2017. The regional authorities reported that the total number of cattle on the farm is 1,364 heads, including 534 breeding cattle. Investments in the project amounted to 185 million rubles.

In July 2023, the court introduced bankruptcy proceedings in the Tomsky agricultural holding. An application to declare the company insolvent was filed by Agrocapital LLC due to a debt of 32 million rubles. As of December 2020, the Agrocapital company owned 5.3% of the shares of the agricultural holding. Another 94.7% was owned by the Chinese-Russian Agricultural Development Company OJSC.
