For example, it was found that the authorized person of Interregional MEAT Company LLC issued a production certificate for finished meat products without indicating information about the raw materials that had passed the veterinary and sanitary examination.
According to the technical regulations “On the safety of food products” products of animal origin are subject to veterinary and sanitary examination before release into circulation and are accompanied by a document containing information , confirming its safety.
It follows from this that the company violated the procedure for preparing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form, which could lead to the release into circulation of low-quality and dangerous products of animal origin.
The Mattermit company committed a similar violation by issuing documents for beef meat without indicating information about the raw materials that had passed the veterinary and sanitary examination. The same violation was committed by the company "Vokhta", which produces products from turkey meat and individual entrepreneur O.V. Arakovskaya, which released homemade cheese "Adygei Skazka" and cottage cheese pancakes.
In December 2023, the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR announced warnings to all of these violators, and the activities of the companies were placed under control.
For the past period of 2023, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor announced 155 warnings to companies from St. Petersburg for processing documents for products without indicating raw materials that have passed veterinary and sanitary examination.
