In the first half of 2023, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Ryazan and Tambov regions carried out work to withdraw 163 declarations of conformity for regulated products

The grounds for the adoption of the above decisions were the following facts:
- unreliable declaration, i.e. lack of documentary confirmation of the study of controlled products for all safety indicators provided for by the requirements of the technical regulations in force on the territory of the EAEU (LLC "Three peasants", IP Krechetov S.V.);
- acceptance of declarations of conformity on the basis of test reports of phantom laboratories that are not located at the actual address stated in the documents and do not carry out their activities (IP Kozlachkov V.O.).

For all the revealed facts, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor issued warnings to economic entities about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.

For reference: in 2022, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor carried out work to invalidate / terminate 113 declarations of conformity for products controlled by the state veterinary supervision.
