The Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Bashkortostan identified a phantom site that released meat products of unknown origin into circulation.

The attention of the monitoring group was drawn to the fact that IP Baynazov Yu.M. (at the site: Russian Federation, Republic of Bashkortostan, Buraevsky district, Buraevo village, Lenina st., 105), in the production of MEAT products (frozen edible beef bone, turkey meat , frozen lamb on the bone, frozen beef brisket and beef by-products - liver - frozen) weighing 37723 kg, used an insufficient amount of meat products (turkey meat) as raw materialsice cream - turkey drumstick, frozen beef bone, frozen lamb on the bone, frozen boneless beef and beef by-products - frozen liver) with a total weight of only 175 kg.

Further, the authorized person of the individual entrepreneur Bainazova Yu.M. in the FSIS VetIS component - "Mercury" in the period from January 15 to January 22, 2024 , issued 13 transport VSDs for meat products addressed to 6 enterprises: LLC "FOOD ART-FRESH" (Moscow ) , LLC "TIBERIUS" (Samara ), IP Karpacheva O.S. (Moscow), LLC "VAN PRODUCT" (Moscow region, Korolev), LLC "MERIDIAN" (at the site of LLC "UNITED MEAT PROCESSING PLANT" - Voronezh region), LLC "POLISAD" (Krasnodar region).

In addition, according to information received from the FSIS VetIS - “Cerberus”, the site of IP Bainazova Yu.M. operates as an enterprise selling pet food in a specialized store, which does not provide for the possibility of conducting production activities.

This fact indicates that the site of IP Bainazova Yu.M. is a phantom and is excluded from the register of the FSIS "Cerberus". The registration of an authorized person in FSIS "VetIS" and the records of product logs created by the authorized person IP Bainazova Yu.M., on the basis of which eVSD were issued, were cancelled.

Thus, IP Bainazov Yu.M. meat products of unknown origin were put into circulation , which is a fact of illegal trafficking in food products.
