The Office of Rosselkhoznadzor, thanks to the analytical modules of artificial intelligence FSIS "Mercury", prevented the circulation of products of unknown origin in the Moscow region

Authorized persons of these enterprises issued production certificates in violation of the rules of veterinary certification without indicating the raw materials. Thus, Plastko LLC introduced 71.2 tons of MEAT products, Uspeh LLC - 124.7 tons of meat, fish and dairy products, Aristo LLC - 116 tons of meat products.

Products from LLC “Success” were supplied to socially significant institutions in the Moscow region and public catering establishments in Moscow.

On January 26, 2024 , after these violations were identified, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office canceled the records of authorized persons of enterprises and issued production certificates in the Mercury system.
