Ulyanovsk region actively develops poultry farming

Poultry farms in the Ulyanovsk region will increase production to 210 million eggs in 2022, the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture reports.

The Ulyanovsk region is the leader in the Volga Federal District in terms of the growth rate of poultry MEAT production and the growth in the number of poultry.  

Now the industry is actively developing, investments are being attracted.

In 2021, the Ulyanovsk Poultry Farm started working again, and this made it possible to create more than 100 new jobs and increase gross production.

Thanks to the implementation of the planned projects in 2022, production will increase to 210 million eggs and up to 9.5 thousand tons of poultry meat.
