The miracle cost 120 thousand rubles of administrative fines
In the Amur Region, an enterprise that allegedly produced more than 86 tons of meat from 10 heads of day-old chickens was brought to justice.
Violations were detected by inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Amur Region at the end of February during a scheduled inspection of Amursky Broiler LLC, a poultry farm that is one of the largest in the region.
It was established that, according to the production certificate issued by the authorized person of the enterprise, Amursky Broiler LLC out of 10 day-old chickens produced a product - slaughter broiler chicken - with a total weight of more than 86 tons.
To produce such a volume of products, the enterprise would need to slaughter at least 2.8 thousand heads of day-old chickens, since the meat yield from one carcass is about 60% of its live weight, and the average weight of one head of a live day-old broiler chicken is about 50 g.
However, in reality, day-old chickens could not become raw materials at all, since, as a rule, only those individuals that have reached the age of at least 4-5 months are subject to slaughter.
In addition, during the audit, it was also established that in February, an authorized person of the enterprise in the Mercury system issued 18 production eVSD for products (finished semi-finished products, carcasses, thighs, drumsticks, offal (liver, stomachs) of broiler chickens), the expiration date of which expired October 2, 2021.
Based on the results of a scheduled on-site inspection in relation to Amursky Broiler LLC, as well as officials who violated the requirements of the EAEU technical regulation "On food safety", protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up (part 1 of article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), relevant decisions were issued .
Based on the results of their consideration in the first decade of March, Amursky Broiler LLC, as well as guilty authorized persons of the enterprise, were imposed administrative fines totaling 120 thousand rubles, an order was issued to eliminate violations, and a deadline was set for its execution.
The activity of the enterprise is under the control of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Amur Region.
