The Tver laboratory of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) has confirmed the safety of pig products for export to Hong Kong and Vietnam.

In accordance with importing countries' requirements, the products were tested for microbiological parameters. The study included analyses for Listeria, Salmonella , Staphylococcus aureus, and other indicators. The laboratory performed over 30 tests on the submitted samples. Based on the results, the microbiological safety of the products was confirmed, allowing for the issuance of test reports. In the near future, 12 tons of pork belly and 1.1 tons of pork stomachs will be shipped to Hong Kong, as well as 1.1 tons of pork forefeet, 600 kg of pork tails, and 500 tons of pork aortas to Vietnam .
