Employees of the regional department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR found a batch of poultry MEAT infected with salmonella in one of the grocery stores in Tver.

The causative agent of acute intestinal disease was isolated from broiler carcasses produced by Bryansk Poultry Complex LLC in the village of Slobodische, Dyatkovo district, Bryansk region. Information about the violation of the technical regulations of the Customs Union was sent "On food safety" (TR TS 021/2011) to the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the Bryansk, Smolensk and Kaluga regions for taking appropriate measures.
