
The first company store of Tula MEAT Processing Plant LLC was opened in Tula. The company's management associates this event with a new stage in the development of the revived enterprise.
According to Yulia Rudenko, Commercial DIRECTOR of Tula Meat Processing Plant LLC, the emergence of branded retail outlets always indicates that the range of products has become wide and varied. Now the meat processing plant produces more than 70 types of sausages and delicacies, including 15 types of raw smoked sausages, and about 60 types of semi-finished products. To lay out one kilogram of each product, it took 20 display cases and refrigeration units.
The raw material for the production of products is chilled meat, which is supplied by farms in the Tula, Oryol and Kursk regions. Over the past three years, the Tula Meat Processing Plant has received six medals at agricultural exhibitions and festivals - in particular, for the classic Doktorskaya, Krakovskaya and Moskovskaya sausages. In the near future, the meat processing plant is going to form a branded network by opening stores in every district of Tula.
The Tula Meat Processing Plant resumed production in 2016 after a change of ownership and modernization of assets. In 2018, the first line of raw smoked sausages was released. Now the company employs 300 people.
