“In general [in terms of business sentiment], we see that the tension has become less, primarily because business has mobilized - first there was a pandemic, now there are sanctions . Niches appeared, opportunities appeared, before that Russian business could not break through, no one needed it. For 10 years, we have been proving to retail chains that it is necessary to take [Russian] products to the shelves, and only now they have begun to understand this, they are looking for suppliers, turning to us [with a request] to provide Russian manufacturers. This turn [towards Russian business] is underway,” said Elena Dybova.

In her opinion, business needs stability for further development. “There are a lot of unreasonable burdens being removed. For example, now it is certainly not up to labeling, [it is necessary] to stop [this process]. The personnel problem is [so serious] that emergency measures are already needed, there is no one to work. Changes in taxes, cadastral value, and tariffs affect everyone especially seriously,” said Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

TASS notes that among the proposals from the Chamber to resolve the personnel issue, according to Elena Dybova, were: involving students of secondary specialized institutions in practical activities, reducing the duration of training, compensating businesses if they take an employee without a profession for training, stimulating pensioners by indexing their pensions .
