At a working meeting with the participation of representatives of the Green Valley Group of Companies - DIRECTOR of the Center for Strategic Development "Big Wing" Stanislav Goryansky and director of Niva LLC Igor Ryazanov, employees of the Regional Microbiological Center of the National Research University "BelSU" under the leadership of director Inna Solyanikova discussed a number of proposals regarding two projects .
First of all, the discussion was about the development of technology for preserving nitrogen in cattle manure . According to Igor Ryazanov, today the agricultural holding is interested in solving three main problems associated with manure: disinfestation, effective control of unpleasant odors and nitrogen retention.
As part of cooperation, the parties can not only find a solution to these problems, but also, if effective technology is developed, subsequently open the production of organic products that will be in demand both by agricultural enterprises in the region and throughout the country.
At the first stage, microbiologists of the National Research University "BelSU" will conduct research work (R&D) on the selection of strains of bacteria resistant to high temperatures and determine the conditions for their cultivation.
- We understand that we will have to work with two types of manure - in lagoons and in solid form, respectively, each type will require its own microorganisms and technologies. To select strains to achieve maximum effect, taking into account testing, it will take at least five months, said Inna Solyanikova.
The possibility of developing biologized plant protection products was also considered.
From the National Research University "BelSU" the discussion of projects was attended by Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Tatyana Reznichenko, Vice-Rector for the Implementation of Strategic Development Programs Elena Skripnikova, Deputy Director of the Department of Scientific and Innovation Activities Evgeniy Vistorobsky, Director of the "Regional Center for Intellectual Property" Dmitry Ushakov, HEAD of the Project Office Svetlana Gaivoronskaya, and. O. Head of the Commercialization and Innovation Activities Department of the Department of Scientific and Innovation Activities Mikhail Garmashev and Research Engineer of the Regional Microbiological Center Nikita Lyakhovenko.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to develop a research agreement with the possibility of further implementation of a joint project with an industrial partner within the framework of the REC "Innovative Solutions in the Agro-Industrial Complex".
