Tatarstan became the absolute champion of the All-Russian competition of livestock breeders of dairy and beef cattle breeding

Solemn closing and summing up of the 2nd All-Russian competition of livestock breeders of dairy and beef cattle took place in Kazan with the announcement of the winners

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, DIRECTOR of the Department of Livestock and Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Butusov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, HEAD of the Main State Agricultural Department breeding business in animal husbandry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Zaripov and other responsible persons.

Opening the event, Marat Zyabbarov noted the importance of the competition for the livestock industry, as well as the growth of professional skills of specialists.

“This is not just a holiday, but a huge and necessary work done by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Thank you all for participating in the contest. We hope you all leave us satisfied and in a good mood,” the minister said.

77 contestants from 63 regions of RUSSIA took part in the competition. The competitions were held in 3 stages on the basis of the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. N. E. Bauman and JSC GPP "Elite". The competition covered the complex and important selection work with animals to obtain highly productive animals.

On behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the participants were greeted by the Director of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Butusov.

“When we talk about high achievements in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, in animal husbandry, we, of course, mean the personnel potential, those professionals who make this result. You are great professionals. And once again we were convinced of this. This is more than just a competition, it is a big celebration,” he said.

The absolute champion of the 2nd All-Russian Competition of Dairy and Beef Livestock Breeders was Vladimir Pavlov from the SKhPK agricultural firm Rassvet, Kukmorsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

1st place for the contribution to the development of breeding business was taken by Irina Turbina from JSC "GTsV", 2nd place - by Valeria Serebryannikova from the agro-industrial complex holding "EkoNiva", 3rd place - by Olga Vasilyeva from RC "PLINOR".

Raisa Savina from the Kurgan region became the winner in the nomination "Veteran of the zootechnical service".

Anastasia Veprentseva (Tula Region), 2nd place — Yulia Marukhina (Voronezh Region), 3rd place — Polina Eremina (Altai Territory) took the 1st place in the Future Breeder nomination.

1st place in the nomination "Practical work with automated databases" was taken by Olga Efremova (Novosibirsk region), 2nd place - Zoya Miyuts (Moscow region), 3rd place - Evgeny Sasin (Oryol region).

Anastasia Matveeva (Udmurt Republic), 2nd place — Nikolai Gerasimov (Orenburg region), 3rd place — Lyudmila Povarova (Vologda region) took the 1st place in the nomination “Assessment of the breeding value of animals”.

1st place in the nomination "Theoretical knowledge" was taken by Tatyana Andreeva (Kirov region), 2nd place - Elena Chapaykina (Samara region), 3rd place - Anastasia Vinogradova (Leningrad region).

The winners of the competition were awarded with diplomas and cash certificates.

Challenge Cup named after D. A. Kislovskiy was awarded to the State Institution "Main State Agricultural Department of Animal Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan".
