The largest growth was shown by the production of pork - 76%,
18% - by-products,
4% - beef,
2% - other (lamb, rabbit, poultry).
According to Smolenskstat, in 2022, an average of 103 kilograms of meat was produced per inhabitant of the region, with actual consumption of 52 kilograms.
