Court imposes fine on poultry farm in Saratov region for violating food safety standards

The inspection, carried out using the federal state information system "VetIS", revealed facts of artificial extension of the shelf life of chilled MEAT products from November 9 to December 2, 2023. Laboratory tests also showed discrepancies in microbiological indicators. The established facts are violations of the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union and other current legislative acts. The COURT found the arguments of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR to be justified and confirmed the need to bring the poultry farm to administrative responsibility.
