Construction of the largest and most advanced poultry farm in the CIS begins in the Almaty region

According to the holding's press service, the project will be implemented in two stages, with the launch of the first half of production capacity in 2027, and the second in 2029. The total investment in the project will amount to 271 billion tenge, which is a significant investment in the development of the region. The creation of more than 6 thousand jobs will help improve the economic situation and standard of living of the local population.

Undoubtedly, Zhetysu will become a key player in the industry, increasing the holding’s share in the total volume of poultry meat consumption in the country to 26.4% and among domestic producers to 43%. This will not only strengthen the country’s food security, but also increase export potential, promoting the development of deep processing and increasing added value.

Speaking about the significance of this project, it should be noted that such a high-tech infrastructure undoubtedly stimulates the development of related sectors of the agro-industrial complex. In addition to increasing poultry production, the Zhetysu poultry farm

will contribute to increasing demand for feed, improving logistics and developing transport infrastructure in the region. Thus, the construction of the Zhetysu poultry farm will not only strengthen Kazakhstan’s position in the agricultural market, but will also create favorable conditions for the development of the regional economy and improving the living standards of the local population.
