Average broiler prices in the US market as of February 18, 2022 show an upward trend. Over the week, the price tag rose by 0.2%, while there was an increase in sales volumes - by 3.6% over the week. The average cost of broilers in January 2022 was 131.39 cents/lb (+5.6% MoM, +59.7% YoY), with total sales of around 40,755 thousand pounds (-20% MoM, + 6.6% per year).
