Average broiler prices in the US market as of August 13, 2021 showed a positive trend. The average cost of broilers in July 2021 was 105.55 cents/lb (-0.8% mom), with total sales of around 42,169 thousand pounds (-14.2% mom).
In regional markets, prices for poultry in all categories rose, with the exception of prices for birds weighing 3.51 pounds or more (-0.79 cents).
