Average broiler prices in the US market continue to trend down. Over the week, the price tag lost 3.34%, sales volumes increased by 0.3% over the week.

Prices are dropping on broilers of all sizes. Offers of all bird sizes are readily available at a discount. Demand in retail and catering remains at light to moderate levels. Stocks are balanced. Market activity is low. MMO mince prices remain stable for the frozen product, slightly lower for the fresh one. EXPORT demand remains moderate, as do supply volumes.
