Photo is illustrative in nature. From open sources.

Average prices for chicken cuts were mixed. Prices for leg and breast MEAT fell. This is due to oversupply (increased breast production), reduced EXPORT demand, and a shift in demand toward other parts. Prices for wings, breast fillets, and ground minced meat increased. High demand for wings for HoReCa (bars, restaurants) or finished products (e.g., spicy wings) led to price increases. Limited supply due to the shift in raw materials also influenced the dynamics. The increase in fillet prices may be related to increased demand for fillets for fast food or semi-finished products. The moderate increase in ground minced meat prices is related to increased demand for low-cost meat products (e.g., sausages, cutlets ).
