Average broiler prices in the US market as of March 26, 2021 showed an upward trend. The average cost of broilers in February 2021 was 82.97 cents/lb (+0.8% mom), with total sales of around 38,765 thousand pounds (+1.4% mom).
In regional markets, prices for poultry of all categories also grew. In general, for the week in the US market there was a decrease in the price tag only for birds weighing 3.51 pounds or more (-1.39 cents).
