Demand for agricultural workers in Russia has more than tripled over the past year.

The largest increase in job openings was observed among vegetable growers, where the number of job postings increased by 203%, and milkmaids, for whom job openings increased by 155%. The average salary for those working in this field is 60,828 rubles per month. Also, the number of job postings for livestock specialists doubled over the year (+101%), and the number of job postings for agronomists increased by 31%. Within the agricultural sector, vegetable growers have the highest salary expectations, with employees earning up to 109,006 rubles per month.

Tractor drivers can expect a monthly salary of 107,865 rubles, while agronomists earn 91,619 rubles. The growing demand for labor in the agricultural sector is driven by the industry's active development, government support, the introduction of new technologies, and increased export opportunities.
