The co-owners of the Cherkizovo group, Sergey and Evgeny Mikhailov, may withdraw from the Myasnov-77 project, follows from the materials of the FAS. The service received a petition from OOO Otdokhni-77 to acquire a 99.9% stake in Myasnov-77.

Myasnov-77 is engaged in the production of ready-made food products and dishes under the Myasnov brand, Otdokhni -77 is a food retailer.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, the Mikhailovs each own 25% of Myasnov-77 LLC, the rest of the shares are owned by Svetlana Karaeva and Vladlen Altshuller. They also own 40% each in the Otdokhni-77 company. Both companies are registered at the same address.

The revenue of Otdokhni-77 in 2020 amounted to 24.456 billion rubles against 17.761 million rubles a year earlier, net profit - 497.1 million rubles against 412.9 million rubles, respectively. The revenue of Myasnov-77 is 6.126 billion rubles against 10.08 billion rubles, net profit is 28.581 million rubles against 57.9 million rubles, respectively.
