How much does a "barbecue basket" of meat, vegetables, sauces and drinks cost?

As it turned out, barbecue with traditional additions in the form of salads, side dishes and salads from fresh vegetables this year is 2.62-5.13% more expensive than in 2022. It all depends on the type of MEAT you prefer.

The calculation took into account the cost of 1.3 kilograms of meat, SALT, onions and black pepper for the barbecue itself, vegetables, ketchup and mayonnaise, vegetables (potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes), bread, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

So, a picnic with pork barbecue will cost you 2432.24 rubles (+2.62% year-on-year), with chicken barbecue - 2200.3 rubles (+3.66%), lamb - 2632.85 ruble (+4.88%), from beef - to 2786.58 rubles (+5.13%).

Prices fell for black peppercorns (-22.06%, to 8.87 rubles per package weighing 5 grams), potatoes (-37.98%, to 33.73 rubles per kilogram) and tomatoes (-2.20%, to 195 ,62 rubles for 800 grams). 

Prices for pork and broiler legs decreased by 4.04% and 2.08%, respectively: in the first case, you will spend 508.21 rubles per 1.3 kilograms, and in the second - 276.28 rubles. Expenses for the same portion of beef (+6.49%) or lamb (+5.81%), which have risen in price, will amount to 862.55 rubles and 708.83 rubles, respectively, according to statistics specialists.

The rate of increase in prices for other picnic products on an annualized basis is given in the form of a list.
