Sibagro implements digital system Goodt WFM to optimize HR processes

The Goodt WFM platform, developed in RUSSIA, will allow Sibagro to more effectively plan work schedules, predict employee availability, coordinate vacation schedules, and significantly reduce the workload of the HR department by simplifying document flow. In addition, the system will help automate personnel records and optimize payroll costs.
