Sibagro sends 50 cows with leukemia to the meat processing plant

"Sibagro" sent 50 cows to the MEAT processing plant, which once belonged to CJSC "Podsosenskoye" (Nazarovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory).

Yesterday, a video appeared on YouTube, originally posted on the TIKTOK social network by a user named Nikolai Davletkhanov. An amateur cameraman filmed cows, including pregnant ones, being driven to a truck to be taken to slaughter.

At one time, the Podsosenskoye CJSC farm became the property of the Sibiryak agricultural holding, and at the end of March, its assets were bought by the Sibagro holding in Tomsk. Cattle breeding is not included in the plans of the new owner, and this has seriously worried the locals.

The administration of the Nazarovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk region explained to journalists that the decision to liquidate the farm's livestock was made based on the results of an inventory of livestock. Cows, including pregnant cows, are sick with leukemia. In the future, Sibagro plans to re-profile the enterprise for crop production and carry out the maximum rotation of personnel, having previously found out whether the personnel are ready to undergo retraining.
