Sergiev Posad Meat Processing Plant will raise prices by 10% from April 1

At a working meeting between the HEAD of the Sergiev Posad city district of the Moscow region, Mikhail Tokarev, and the president of the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Oleg Gadzhiev, the expansion of the distribution network was discussed with the top management of JSC Sergiev Posad MEAT Processing Plant. This is reported by the local newspaper "Forward".

The company intends to open new stores, says the DIRECTOR of the meat processing plant Yevgeny Makarov. The production operates around the clock. The volume of output of meat products under the brand "Belarusian recipes" is 1000 tons per month. The meeting participants promised support in building new technological chains. 

Almost all raw materials come from domestic suppliers from Kursk, Voronezh and Belgorod. Only a small part of beef, about 1%, is purchased in Belarus. Over the past month, selling prices for meat have increased by 20-30%, and from April 1, the products of the Sergiev Posad Meat Processing Plant will rise in price by 10%. This is a forced but inevitable step, Yevgeny Makarov noted.

Now the assortment of the enterprise includes about 150 items. The content of natural meat in delicacies is 90%, in boiled sausages - 60%. They are in demand not only in the Moscow region, but also in other regions of the country.
