Sberbank bankrupts the Sverdlovsk farm

Information appeared on the website of the Unified Federal Register of Information of Legal Entities that Sberbank intends to file a bankruptcy petition for the Sverdlovsk producer of farm products LLC Polevskaya Ferma.
This farm is one of the largest farms in the Sverdlovsk region. Polevskaya Farm produces beef and pork products.

The farm produces 25 tons of semi-finished products every month. All products are sold in the region's own stores.

Last year alone, the farm earned 44.9 million rubles. At the same time, net profit amounted to 10.9 million rubles.

As Kommersant notes, in July Sberbank already filed a lawsuit against Polevskaya Farm in the Arbitration COURT of the Sverdlovsk Region. As a result, by a court decision, the company put up for auction a freezer, a refrigerating monoblock machine and five refrigerated display cases.

In total, Polevskaya Farm was a defendant in court 12 times. The total amount of claims amounted to 1.6 million rubles.
