With the help of FSIS "Mercury" in the Belgorod region, violations were identified by veterinarians when registering eVSD

Thus, it was established that veterinarians of the Regional State Autonomous Institution “Interdistrict Veterinary Station for the Rakityansky and Krasnoyaruzhsky Districts” issued transport veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form for biological waste (deaths of pigs with a total weight of 945 kg and cattle with a total weight of 6260 kg). This waste, sent by divisions of Belgrankorm LLC, was intended for disposal. 

However, eVSDs for them were issued without indicating in transactions information about the number of deaths of pigs and cattle, which does not allow identifying the dead livestock.

By decision of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office , a warning will be issued against the Regional State Autonomous Institution “Interdistrict Station for the Control of Animal Diseases in the Rakityansky and Krasnoyaruzhsky Districts” about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.

Let us add that this is not the first warning to this institution issued based on the results of monitoring by the FSIS “Mercury”. Last year, five warnings were issued against the Regional State Autonomous Institution “Interdistrict Station for the Control of Animal Diseases in the Rakityansky and Krasnoyaruzhsky Districts” for violations in the preparation of electronic veterinary accompanying documents.
