Since the beginning of 2024, 18 declarations of conformity for products of animal origin have been invalidated in the Penza region.

The basis for making the above decisions was the fact of false declaration – the absence of documentary evidence of the study of controlled products for all safety indicators stipulated by the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union “On the safety of food products” (TR CU 021/2011).

Thus, on January 9 , 2024 , while analyzing the current declarations of conformity at the enterprise OOO Baza Mix, officials of the department identified two declarations of conformity for MEAT products (sausages, semi-finished meat products), adopted on the basis of test reports that did not contain studies on antibiotics (levomycetin ( chloramphenicol ), tetracycline , oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline ,bacitracin ).

At the same time, it was established that the limited liability company "Kamensky Food Processing Plant" accepted two declarations of conformity for dairy and meat products based on test reports from a phantom laboratory, which is not located at the actual address stated in the documents and does not carry out its activities.

Based on the violations identified, warnings were issued regarding the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
