Since the beginning of 2024, Rosselkhoznadzor has revoked 98 declarations of conformity for livestock products in the Voronezh, Belgorod and Lipetsk regions

Thus, on July 17, 2024 , the territorial administration revoked the declaration of conformity for dairy products from OOO Syrtorg from the Belgorod Region. During the monitoring of "Sirano" by the FGIS "VetIS", vegetable fats and vegetable-based oils were found in it: brassicasterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, beta-sitosterol.

In a number of other cases, the basis for making decisions to revoke declarations was the lack of documentary evidence of the study of controlled goods.

In particular, IP Dukhanin I.V. from the Belgorod region declared fish products without conducting tests for histamine, which is a violation of the requirements of technical regulations in force in the territory of the EAEU . A similar violation was committed by IP Drozdov V.N. from the Smolensk region. He declared MEAT products without conducting tests for antibiotics: levomycetin andbacitracin . In the latter case, the entrepreneur appealed the decision of the territorial administration in COURT, but the Arbitration Court of the Belgorod Region left it unchanged.

There were also cases when, in order to obtain declarations of conformity, research protocols were presented that were issued by laboratories that were not accredited in the national system and not included in the Unified Register of Certification Bodies and Testing Laboratories of the Customs Union: OOO Rus from the Voronezh Region and OOO Rovenki-Maslosyrzavod from the Belgorod Region. This led to the withdrawal of the declaration on dairy products from OOO Strana Vkusa from the Belgorod Region.

The Belgorod testing laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “VNIIZZH” found a discrepancy in the content of gentamicin and kanamycin in the sample selected for research.

Warnings about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements have been issued for all cases, and declarations have been revoked. The relevant information has been posted in the "Unified Register of Certificates and Declarations of Conformity" of Rosaccreditation.
