In 2023, 38 declarations of conformity were terminated. 27 declarations of conformity for dairy products and 11 declarations for meat products were withdrawn. Of these, 21 declarations were withdrawn based on the results of monitoring of the National System of Accreditation and 17 - based on the results of a study of product samples. The selected samples were examined in the North Caucasus branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Grain Quality Assessment", where violations of mandatory requirements in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of products were identified, namely the presence of methyl ether fatty acids, antibiotics , and also a discrepancy with the declared composition on the label was found products.

For example, on September 20, a case of false declaration of sausage products was revealed by the legal entity “Myasnoy Dom” LLC, which carries out activities in the processing of meat and meat products. The Rosselkhoznadzor Office has identified a discrepancy with the declared composition on the label - histological identification of the composition (assessment of the quality of raw meat and finished products, identification of animal and plant components of the composition of meat products).

In addition, on October 9, when conducting a control (supervisory) event without interaction with the controlled person of Gormolzavod OJSC and analyzing information received from the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity of the Federal Accreditation Service, completeness of information on the results of the studies (tests) was not ensured ) and measurements. Also, in the documents that served as the basis for confirming the compliance of food products with the requirements of technical regulations, there were no studies for potentially hazardous substances ( antibiotics ).

Thus, declarations of conformity adopted in violation of the established requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “On Food Safety”, etc., have been terminated.
