Ruza Meat Processing Plant to increase animal protein production by 75%

One of the leading enterprises for the production of animal protein in RUSSIA is the Ruza MEAT Processing Plant. The enterprise will increase its output by 75% and take a leading position in the industry, said Sergei Kopyt, general DIRECTOR of the Ruza Meat Processing Plant.

The organization purchased 2 modern lines for the production of animal protein and dietary fiber in 2022. The volume of investments in the renewal of production exceeded 500 million rubles. By increasing production, the Ruza Meat Processing Plant will reduce the shortage of animal protein, which was previously imported from Denmark, Brazil and other countries.

The premises where the new lines will be installed have already been prepared, additional warehouses are being built for finished products. Two industrial buildings with a total area of ​​3 thousand square meters. m will be built in July.

“It will also open wide opportunities for the EXPORT of this product. Negotiations are underway to supply it to the Middle East," Kopyt said.

The Ruza Meat Processing Plant employs 110 employees, the average salary at the enterprise reaches 50 thousand rubles per month, and its payment is carried out without delay. The company continues to recruit engineers, storekeepers and laborers.

The meat processing plant was closed in 2017 for reconstruction. It was redesigned in 2018 for the production of animal protein and fiber, which are widely used in the food, cosmetic and medical industries. Animal proteins are 100% natural and are produced by thermal and mechanical processes without the use of additives.
