Rostov assets of "White Bird" plan to restart before the end of the year

The assets of the Belaya Ptitsa poultry company in the Rostov region will be restarted before the end of 2021.

According to the Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region Viktor Goncharov, the investor is already preparing sites for the restoration of production: he is repairing workshops and recruiting staff. Shipment of broiler meat to customers will begin next year.

In the first quarter of 2021, the poultry enterprises of the Rostov region produced more than 26,000 tons of poultry meat, Goncharov specified, eight times more than in January-March 2020. And here the resumption of production at previously frozen sites played a huge role.

The Rostov division of the Belaya Ptitsa holding (Belaya Ptitsa-Rostov LLC) began operations in 2015. In 2019, the company was declared bankrupt. The capacities of the enterprise allow to produce about 286 thousand tons of finished products per year.
