Rostov region: Damate will allocate more than ₽60 million for staff catering

More than 1,200 people work at the factories of the Damate group of companies, which implements investment projects for the production of turkey and duck, in the Oktyabrsky and Millerovsky districts of the Rostov region. A nutrition program has been introduced for them, which includes daily hot meals at the expense of the employer, as an integral part of favorable working conditions and an indisputable advantage of enterprises in the current situation. 

To provide workers with high-quality and wholesome food, the food preparation shop and dining areas have been renovated. To equip them, modern distribution lines, steam generators, hoods, cabinets, dishwashers and dryers were purchased and installed. Comfortable furniture and all necessary utensils have been purchased for the dining halls.

Meals in the canteens are organized for all categories of employees employed in production on any shift: both during the day and at night. Set lunches include salads, hot MEAT dishes, a variety of side dishes and drinks.
