Rising Meat Prices in Russia: Analysis of Dynamics for 2024-2025

Compared to the previous year, the largest price increase was recorded for beef (+15.0%). At the same time, prices for other types of MEAT strengthened slightly and remained below the inflation rate: pork increased in price by 9.8%, poultry meat - by 0.6%, and lamb - by 7.2%. As of May 12, 2025, prices for meat products were: pork on the bone - 379.5 RUB/kg, beef on the bone - 637.3 RUB/kg, lamb on the bone - 818.3 RUB/kg and chicken meat - 220.0 RUB/kg.
