Rosstat recorded a significant increase in prices for beef and lamb

In the period from February 20 to February 26, beef rose in price by 0.6%, and from January 1 - by 2.34%. The increase in prices for lamb was 0.5% and 3.86%, respectively.

Pork continues to fall in price. On February 20–26, its price decreased by 0.1%, and since the beginning of the year - by 0.5%. Chicken MEAT fell in price by 0.1% last week, and by 3.6% since January 1. Among meat processing products, the prices of sausages, frankfurters and small sausages increased slightly. Canned meat for baby food fell in price by 0.1%.

The weekly decline in prices for chicken eggs averaged 0.2%, and since January 1 they have fallen in price by 2.27%.
