Some respondents also noted positive changes in the agricultural industry over the past few years, emphasizing that the industry has become more technologically advanced and modern.
The survey was conducted from June 7 to June 22, 2023, and 1.7 thousand citizens of working age took part in it.
Meanwhile, according to the job and employee search site hh.ru, in January-May 2023, more than 48 thousand vacancies were opened in RUSSIA from companies representing the agro-industrial complex, which is 51% more than during the same period in 2021.
Most often, the agricultural sector requires drivers, agronomists, technologists, livestock specialists, machinists, and sales managers. There are also unusual offers, for example, a vacancy for a web developer who will create a web platform for a project to support agricultural enterprises, or a vacancy for a bioinformatics specialist to support work on Fusarium and late blight.
