Russia boosts turkey exports: production records, supply growth

In 2024 , turkey production in RUSSIA increased by 3.8%, reaching 438 thousand tons of slaughter weight, which indicates the stability of the sector and growing consumer demand. This year, the RussianTurkey has already been shipped to 33 countries, with CHINA , Benin, DR Congo, UAE and Saudi Arabia showing the greatest interest .

According to the results of the first quarter of 2025, the volume of turkey products supplied amounted to about 8.3 thousand tons, which is 22% more than a year earlier. In monetary terms, exports reached 23.4 million dollars, an increase of 23%. Drumsticks, parts of carcasses and boneless fillets are especially in demand on the foreign market.

Forecasts for 2025 indicate further growth in exports, which could reach 35 thousand tons, thanks to increased activity in target markets and the development of new supply routes.
