
RUSSIA and CHINA have now completed the recognition of five oilseed standards, simplifying the supply process and allowing Russian producers to utilize Chinese methodologies. However, work on MEAT product standards faces challenges due to differences in approaches to standardization and quality control, requiring deeper cooperation between the two countries. Despite this, both sides are committed to continuing constructive cooperation.
Russia's exports of meat products to foreign markets are expected to reach approximately 1 million tons in 2025, demonstrating growing interest in Russian meat. Imports and exports of animal products from China have also shown significant growth, underscoring the importance of bilateral trade.
