Rosselkhoznadzor is introducing a restriction on the use of the work-in-progress transaction to reflect the slaughter of live animals in the Mercury component.

Based on our monitoring, the majority of business entities wishing to do so have completed the necessary preparatory measures. Therefore, we inform you that this restriction will be introduced on March 20, 2024 .

For the rest of you, we remind you how this restriction is implemented.

In the web interface, if you specify "Live Animals" as the raw material for a transaction with the "work in progress" type, then you will not be able to select "Meat and Meat Products" as the output product. Conversely, if you specify meat as the output product, you will not be able to add live animals as the raw material.

When processing a work-in-progress transaction for slaughter using the API interface, the user will receive the following error: MERC56229 "The transaction cannot be processed because the specified product cannot be produced from the specified raw materials." Processing the animal slaughter process is only possible using standard production transactions.
