Rosselkhoznadzor revealed violations of veterinary rules in public catering establishments in Buryatia

In the dining room No. 1 (IP Zhilikov M.V., Zakamensk), cafe "Talaan" (IP Tsyngeev A.V., Zakamensk), pizzeria "CHI&ZZA" (IP Sosorova A.N., Zakamensk) there is no electronic movement veterinary accompanying documents (VSD) for products of animal origin entering processing and storage; therefore, products are received without VSD.

In the Sona cafe (IP Agekyan V.A., Zakamensk city) there is no proper receipt of incoming VSD for MEAT products (sausages, ham, sausage , lamb , turkey meat ); marine products (shrimp , salmon, squid); dairy products (cheese,sour cream ,cottage cheese , condensed MILK ,ice cream ).

In the “Shaurma City” pavilion (IP Shaldushkeev S.A., Zakamensk), VSD was extinguished after the expiration date of livestock products. Veterinary documents were also unpaid at the Sagaan Shuluun snack bar (IP Bazarov G.S., Kharatsay village).

Individual entrepreneurs were issued warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements in accordance with Part 1 of Article 49 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FZ “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation.”
