Rosselkhoznadzor in Mercury introduces control over the maximum weight of animals during their slaughter or movement

Based on the results of the analysis of the received data, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR continues to take measures to eliminate cases of providing deliberately false information when registering eVSD. In this regard, from January 29, 2024, automatic control of the permissible maximum weight of animals is introduced in the web interface of the Mercury component.

At the initial stage, control is introduced in warning mode. If the animal's weight is outside the acceptable limits, the user will be given a warning. Based on the results of the control module’s operation and analysis of the collected information, the maximum weight values ​​will be adjusted and a decision will be made to further transfer the module to the prohibitive mode of issuing eVSD in case of violation of the animal weight indication.
