Rosselkhoznadzor successfully controls the export of more than 8 tons of sausage products from the Saratov region to Azerbaijan

During the inspection of veterinary supervision, samples of products were selected to check for compliance with the requirements of the importing country. The studies conducted in the Saratov testing laboratory of the FGBU "VNIIZZH" included analysis for residual drug content, toxic elements and radiological control, as well as testing for microbiological indicators.

All the results confirmed the high quality and safety of Russian products. In this regard, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration issued the corresponding veterinary certificates. Since the beginning of the year, more than 13.6 tons of MEAT products have been exported from the Saratov Region to Azerbaijan .
