Specifically, 28.1% beef fat was detected in butter supplied to a St. Petersburg preschool from Ilyinskoye 95, LLC, indicating possible adulteration. Furthermore, microbial transglutaminase was detected in sausage produced by Starodvorskie Kolbasy, CJSC, sold in a chain of stores in Mordovia. Residues of a furacilin metabolite were detected in honey supplied by A.N. Makevnin, an individual entrepreneur, which does not comply with established standards.
