In particular, during a laboratory examination of samples of Kupecheskie sausages sold in one of the stores in the Krasnodar Territory, the coccidiostat dinitrocarbanilide was detected at a concentration of 70.2 mcg per kilogram. Products that do not meet food safety requirements were produced by SHP "South of Luxury Industry" LLC (Yugrosprom) in Novoaleksandrovsk ( Stavropol Territory ).

Sulfamethazine was detected in the pasteurized MILK of Engelssky Dairy Plant LLC (Saratov Region) at a concentration of 4.3 mcg per kilogram. Samples were taken during a routine inspection of the enterprise.

Raw smoked sausage of Saratov MPK Resurs LLC contained sulfite-reducing clostridia. The product, which did not meet the requirements of the technical regulations of the EAEU , was sold in two stores of a federal retailer in the Voronezh region.

A food additive banned in Russia: microbial transglutaminase (mTG) was found in sausages produced by another enterprise from the Saratov region, OOO Kombinat Dubki. Sausages entered commercial circulation in Mordovia.

All violations were identified during state monitoring of food products.
